RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love every fragrance and skincare product you order! Because of the nature of our products, please review our policy below before placing your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Should you wish to return an item, please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance, skincare, and beauty items are not eligible for return once opened or used.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@jessicasnaturaltouch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund once verified.
EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
